Big names and huge crowds of music-loving partygoers will be enjoying this year's SINGfest in Singapore

Music junkies should get their tickets for Singapore’s SINGfest 2010 to see and hear some of the world’s top artists perform during this three-day festival from August 3-5, 2010.
Headling the fest this year will be American singer Katy Perry, alt-rock demi-gods the Smashing Pumpkins, rapper Kanye West, Australia's Orianthi and South Korean pop group Wonder Girls.
Rounding out the bill are indie rockers Tokio Hotel, Hollywood heartthrob Jared Leto's 30 Seconds to Mars, Hail the Villain, The Like and Ian Brown (former lead singer of seminal Brit Pop band The Stone Roses).
For Michael Hosking, managing director of Midas Promotions, SINGfest offers enough music genres to keep Singaporeans talking about the festival for years to come.
The outdoor SINGfest will be held at Fort Canning Park. Doors open at 5 p.m. with the first act starting at 6 p.m. each day. Tickets are priced at S$175 per day and can be bought via SISTIC.
Get your tickets early. During 2008's SINGfest, more than 20,000 music fans turned up.
