Bei Kim Jong il stehen die Haare vermutlich durch natürlichen Antrieb zu Berge. Kaulitz hingegen hat mit einer Menge Haarspray nachhelfen müssen, um ihn hinzukriegen: den perfekten Bart-Simpson-Look.

Of course just externally, we don't want our lovely Bill to imply a similarity of character with the tyrant!
Kim Jong il's hair stands up, presumably by natural drive. Kaulitz, however, has to help out with a lot of hair spray to get him : the perfect Bart Simpson look.
