Then scroll down, and you will see where it says " " click on the circle
Then scroll down again and you will see where it says "abschicken" and click there and that's it ;p
Where it says "Deine Email-Adresse für das Gewinnspiel" You put your email there to enter the contest but that's only for people who live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
And where it says "Ich möchte von BRAVO.de den wöchentlichen Newsletter!" That's only if you want to receive their weekly newsletter.
