Ripple: What do you think about these young contemporary German bands like Tokio Hotel? Most of the younger generation of music lovers in Russia is German music associated with them.
(Specki TD) They are incredibly successful project in its own genre. At one time they were everywhere, and I think it's very good that Tokio hotel gave this impulse to the German music and German language.
(Dr. Pymonte) But now they sing mostly in English. And in Germany there is a tendency in recent years that all music should be classified in a certain direction. Tokio Hotel are not to our musical direction. But they are a young team, they have a positive message for people their age, so that there is nothing poor and there is no reason to hate them. But this is a typical German problem. For some reason it is assumed that all heavy metal bands should hate pop groups. For example, if you come to Holland or Switzerland, there are festivals, where many different kinds of music played on the same stage in one evening. I think it's probably there's a reason why not write music and not think "we should hate them, them and them." This is so stupid.
