The members of Tokio Hotel are still voluntarily avoiding the public eye so to speak, but the boys have obviously forgotten that the LA paparazzi always keep their fingers on their cameras. In the middle of September the Kaulitz brothers (both 22) were caught leaving the elite "Katsuya" restaurant in Hollywood, and what first caught the eye of the observer is definitely Bill's new styling!
