Seinen 62. Geburtstag (am 22. Juli) feierte Otto Waalkes (deutscher Komiker) endlich einmal in Hamburg. Denn meistens ist er um diese Zeit in seinem Haus in Ford Lauderdale (Miami). Doch auch in der Hansestadt konnte am (Elb-)Strand gefeiert werden. [...] 110 Gäste kamen zum Blankeneser Strandweg ins bekannte Lokal "Bäcker" von Manfred "Manne" Brüchmann. [...] Erst gab's draußen den Empfang, gegen 21 Uhr ging's dann nach drinnen zum Essen. Das Buffet lockte mit geräucherten Elb-Aal, Krabben und ,"Mannes" Spezialität, selbst eingelegtem Graved Lachs, sowie anderen Köstlichkeiten. Gegen 22.45 Uhr wurde ein prächtiges Feuerwerk von einer Schute auf der Elbe in den Himmel gezündet. Bis zum frühen Morgen wurde gefeiert. Since it is not only the twins birthday in September, We are planning to create a birthday book for Gustav’s birthday.
The idea is to create one page per country.

Being able to see a live show by the Germans Tokio Hotel in our country is an anxious wish that since last year many of their Salvadorian admirers began to manifest. And the dream is close to becoming a reality. According to Producciones Roma, who confirmed this week the concert of this famous band to take place this coming November.
The fans of Bill, Tom, Gustav and Georg can see them in action with their full on stage show that will be installed in the Gimnasio Nacional Adolfo Pineda, in San Salvador. The place has the capacity to hold a public that surpasses 10,000 seats, approximately.
The exact date for the show is still up to be decided between Thursday 11 and Saturday 13 of November. Up until now, in Central America, El Salvador is the only country that has confirmed the visit of the performers of "Monsoon", "Screamin" and "Alien", just to mention a few of the songs that made them famous in different countries around the world.
According to the organizers of the concert, tickets will go on sale beginning August 15, even though the prices are still unknown, but will sell from about $20 to $100, they said.
Tokio Hotel is one of the most popular groups in the international industry of pop. All the production that is involved in the image of their members, especially that of Bill Kaulitz, and their music has placed them for some years now among the favorite artists in adolescent audiences of diverse nationalities and races.
With just 3 studio albums published to date - "Schrei"(2005), "Zimmer 483"(2007) and "Humanoid"(2009)- they are capable of maintaining their popularity in radio stations and provoke the madness in their admirers everywhere they go to present their show.
After ruling Europe and the United States, earning record numbers in album sales, various gold and platinum records, they have the goal of conquering stages in all of Latin America. They set this as the next step after releasing "Humanoid City Live", the new DVD that this month debuted as a sample of their live shows.
Their fame did not go by unseen in our country. Last year, Fama discovered dozens of adolescents of different parts of the country living the craze of being the Germans' fans. They were a fan club that back then had hopes of becoming official, since they had already about 600 members.
"The problem is that here in our country there are no representatives of their record label, but we will work hard to find the necessary contacts that will help so that El Salvador can get an official fan club", explained Nelly, accompanied by other proud fan members.
In February of last year these teens expressed a dream of being able to see the band in El Salvador to demonstrate all their admiration for them and enjoy one of the most important musical performances of its kind in the international scope.
They never imagined that it would be really possible, but they wanted to demonstrate that in El Salvador there are fans waiting for them. This year the band decided to travel to Latin America and El Salvador will be one of the stops in their concert tour. Fantasy will become reality.
